Workforce Partners Division

Housing careers built around who your people are.

Most workforce programs focus on skills. Kolors focuses on alignment — an identity-driven pathway into the housing economy that actually fits the person walking the path.

We believe people stay, grow, and succeed when they can see themselves reflected in their work, not just when they are placed.

The Problem

Workforce programs move people into jobs.  Few move them into careers.

The housing economy is one of the largest wealth-building engines in America — and one of the least accessible for communities that have historically been locked out of it.

Traditional workforce pathways hand someone a credential and a placement. What they often don’t hand them is clarity about why the work fits, where it leads, or who they’re becoming in the process.

Kolors was built to close that gap. We don’t just train people for the housing industry — we help them discover a lane within it that actually belongs to them.

Our Methodology

Identity-Driven Pathway Building.

Real estate is the entry point. The real focus is helping each person identify their strengths, interests, and goals — and building a pathway into the housing economy that aligns with who they actually are.

"Most workforce programs focus on skills. We focus on alignment."

Find Your Lane

Discovery Workshop

A live session designed for self-discovery and exposure. Members begin to see themselves inside the housing economy — not as a job posting, but as a full landscape of possibility.

ii.

Pathway Portfolio

Self-Assessment

A structured intake covering identity, lifestyle vision, skill interests, and barriers. The output is a member profile that makes the rest of the work possible — and gives funders real data.

iii.

1:1 Pathway Interview

Advising Session

A human, one-on-one conversation where the Portfolio is reflected back and translated into a realistic lane. This is where insight becomes direction — tailored, believable, and grounded.

iv.

Your Kolors Pathway Plan

Output Document

A personalized roadmap the member keeps. Entry points, short-term roles, long-term opportunities — the housing career mapped to the person. Funders get clear, reportable outcomes.

Identity → Pathway → Credential → Industry Entry.
No one else is doing this combination in housing.

Bring This to Your Cohort

Built for organizations already doing the work.

Kolors plugs into existing infrastructure rather than replacing it. If your organization already reaches the people we want to serve, we bring the methodology, the curriculum, and the credential.

How We Partner

A real engagement, not a checkout.

Every Kolors partnership is built around your community, your funding model, and your outcome metrics. We don’t sell seats — we build cohorts. Here’s what that looks like:

STEP 01

Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation about who you serve, what your funding model looks like, and what outcomes you need to report. No pitch deck — just alignment.

STEP 02

Custom Cohort Proposal

We design a cohort tailored to your community: size, delivery format (in-person, hybrid, or virtual), timeline, and the specific Pathway data points your funders want to see.

STEP 03

Sponsored or Co-Funded Delivery

We run the cohort alongside your team — discovery workshop, Pathway Portfolio, 1:1 advising, and individual Pathway Plans for every member, with reportable outcomes you keep.

Cohorts typically range from 15–40 members. Engagements are sponsored, co-funded, or grant-aligned depending on partner type.
