Approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, the Kolors Real Estate Pre-Licensing & Career Pathway satisfies the full 90-hour state pre-license education requirement — delivered entirely online with instructor-led modules, self-paced learning, exam preparation, and live support sessions.
What sets Kolors apart is the Identity-Driven Pathway. Every student moves through a personalized framework designed to connect their background, goals, and strengths to a real career — not just a credential. Because licensure is the door, not the destination.

Each student moves through a Pathway Portfolio with three progress checkpoints — Intake, Midpoint, and Completion — so workforce partners receive transparent outcomes data, not just exam pass rates.

Real estate law, finance, contracts, fair housing, agency relationships, and Minnesota-specific legal practices — delivered through instructor-led and self-paced online modules.

Practice exams, exam-prep resources, and optional live support sessions to ensure students are ready to pass the Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam on first attempt.

Tuition
$2500
Plus MN state exam fee (~$63) and license fee (~$110), paid directly to the state upon completion.
Program Length
12–16 Weeks
5–10 hours per week of instruction. Flexible pacing for working adults.
